Nell Wins Best Rescue at Monmouth Country Fair
Nell is a lovely German Shepherd rehomed by Donna, our Kennels manager, and her family.
Nell was taken to Newport Dog Pound with her sister at four months old when her family suffered a change of circumstances which meant that they could no longer keep their pets.
Donna and her family fell in love with Nell and she has rewarded them by becoming a beautiful, loyal and well-trained family pet - with two small children in the family she has settled really well.
Nell is pictured with Ella after winning Best Rescue at Monmouth Country Fair - a well-deserved first place.
