We all know that Western society is producing more and more obese people and Jamie Oliver is doing his best to stop school kids from developing bad eating habits, but who is stopping pets from becoming overweight?
On Friday, 12 January 2007, two brothers were found guilty of allowing their pet Labrador to become overweight. The dog was over twice his ideal weight and suffered from a host of problems as a result of his wait. RSPCA inspectors visited, advised and revisited the premises before seizing the dog and pressing for charges.
