Emma Westley, Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Emma is a Trainee Veterinary Nurse and has been with Summerhill for a few years now. Emma's first encounter was as a work experience student in 2006 and from this Summerhill gained its next emplyee. Emma usually works on the weekend. Her calm demeanour helps patients, owners and staff alike. She is also gaining valuable experience towards her ultimate goal of becoming a veterinary surgeon. She spends her spare time fundraising for various charities.
Emma has assisted with the training and socialisation of guide dog puppies with her family since the age of 12 and has her own labrador called Molly. Alongside this Emma has a veritable zoo of pets including Dodger the cat, two guinea pigs, two hamsters and tropical and goldfish.
