Natalie Biaggi, General Manager RVN
Natalie started working for Summerhill in 1998, initially on reception and then as part of the nursing team, undertaking her training to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2003.
Her professional interests include surgical nursing and the care and nursing of the more exotic pets that we are now seeing in ever increasing numbers. Alongside this Natalie is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to hand-rearing orphaned animals, as she has not only reared multiple litters of puppies and kittens but also guinea pigs!
In 2006 Natalie was promoted to Nurse Manager, taking over from Gareth. Then in 2009 Natalie was promoted General Manager. Natalie now has overall responsibility for not only Summerhill Veterinary Centre but also for overseeing the running of our branch surgeries Summerwood Veterinary Surgery in Blackwood and Jones the Vet in Malpas. This can be very challenging but Natalie remains passionate about the high standard of care offered by Summerhill and never stops looking for ways to improve service to Summerhill's clients and their pets.
Natalie has her own cats, dogs, snakes and snails as pets, not to mention two young children.
