Your Comments and Complaints
At Summerhill Veterinary Centre all our vets and nurses are devoted to the health and well-being of animals. We work hard to ensure that your pet is comfortable and is given the highest standard of care whilst with us. If at any time we fall short of your expectations, we would very much like to know so that we can put training, policies and procedures in place to avoid repeating any error.
If you have concerns or issues about a particular aspect of our service:
- Firstly, and as soon as possible, tell the Veterinary Surgeon or Veterinary Nurse in charge of your pet’s care. They may be able to resolve your concerns quickly.
- If you are still not satisfied ask to see Natalie Biaggi, General Manager, Branwen Davis, Senior Clinical Manager or Nicky Hart, Senior non-Clinical Manager.
- If your problem cannot be resolved immediately then please contact the Practice Manager in writing, by telephone or email.
