Mandy James, Supervisor and Registered Veterinary Nurse
Mandy joined us in 2002 and qualified in 2004. Mandy is a Registered Veterinary Nurse and is also a Student Nurse Assessor at Summerhill. She became a Supervisor in March 2010.
Mandy is also the co-founder of our rehoming fund 'Skint Strays' , set up to help treat and rehome stray injured animals.
She is a perfectionist (or is that purrfectionist) who is owned by two cats, Itchy and Scratchy. She has always had cats, dogs and small rodents in her life and also hand rears kittens finding them perfect homes.
Mandy is known by some staff as the Cat Whisperer due to her way with cats.
