Comments and Complaints

At Summerhill all our vets and nurses are devoted to the health and well-being of animals. We work hard to ensure that your pet is comfortable and is given the highest standard of care while with us. If at any time we fall short of your expectations we would very much like to know so that we can put training, policies and procedures in place to avoid repeating our error.

If you have concerns or issues about any aspect of our service;

- Firstly and as soon as possible - tell the Vet or Nurse in charge of your animal’s care – they may be able to resolve your concerns quickly - there and then.

- If you are still not satisfied. - ask to see the Senior Vet, Senior Nurse or Senior Client Care Manager.

- If your problem cannot be resolved immediately please contact the Practice Manager at Summerhill Vet Centre in person, by writing, telephone or email.
